WHAT IS THE MINDFULNESS TRIP ALL ABOUT?

This is the trip to increase the awareness around Mental Health. Through our sessions we want to teach a lifestyle that will help keep you physically fit, emotionally strong and spiritually fulfilled.

We strive to eliminate the feelings such as depression, stress, anger, frustration, jealousy, and anxiety and enhance feelings of calmness, positivity, clarity of thoughts, the right mindset for judgment, sharper intellect, and an energized body

All the sessions will be held for free of cost!

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAPPEN?

We are living in a world where mental health issues are on the rise at an unprecedented rate. We all know somebody either a friend or a family member who are struggling.

We want to teach a lifestyle that will help you to connect with yourself. A lifestyle that will help you to live absolutely undisturbed from the hustle-bustle, the craziness of the world and develop a great sense of judgement. 

 

This will make you successful both in your professional and personal life.
